I did enjoy a latte there about an hour earlier, which was also decent and cost around $7 after tax and tip. Others in my group experienced similarly long waits; orders that were placed at the same time were served at staggered intervals, sometimes with waits of up to twenty minutes. Living Room ticks a lot of the boxes for me! They have a bright dining environment with optional outdoor seating, multiple beverage options, fresh baked pastries, and an amazing menu of fresh dishes that offer both vegetarian and vegan options. We went in for brunch and we’re very well taken care of. We selected the Smoked Beet Rueben, Jay’s Wrap and an orange and black pepper shortbread cookie to split. The beet Rueben was perfectly sized sandwich and it was made really well. Their Rueben wasn’t oily like most of the other beet ruebens I’ve had. I highly recommend stopping by and showing them some love.
I had a simple medium boiled egg and 3 strips of bacon. Bacon Was perfect crispness and egg peppered. Best part, they do pour over coffee including a decaf. They had 3 different regions and I tried the Java. The flavor was very good. My only wish, that the water was hotter (I’m weird and prefer the water to practically burn my mouth! This might just be the best coffee shop in Saint Louis! You absolutely HAVE to try the Latte Maria, which features cinnamon and orange. They prepare their syrups in-house, so make sure to take a look at the seasonal lattes as well. The food is excellent; my personal favorite is their unique twist on eggs Benedict. It can be a bit messy, but it's definitely worth it! I also highly recommend their pastries.
This was my first time at Living Room. VERY allergy friendly!! I have a lot of restrictions and I truly appreciate the person behind the counter asking the kitchen staff when they did not know the answer. I was grateful the staff member didn’t guess or pretend to know. This space is incredibly inclusive and has great vibes! I’ll be back!!
Walked over to the Living Room for a bite. The wingspan breakfast was very good. Bacon and egg with a delicious scone. Kind of expensive tho. I just didn 't like the coffee, because of the hazelnut flavor. I 'm sure some people would really like it but not my favorite. My wife loves the tea there.

I love coming here. The food and coffee is always perfect. Staff is very friendly. Even if there is a line it usually moves pretty quickly. Bitt’s cold brew and the cheesy scone is my go to.
