I love The Lobby Bar, usually. Coffee in the morning or a wine before or after a film, its the perfect place, and front of house staff are all fantastic. However deciding to have a dinner there was a big mistake. The steak I ordered was a very thin piece of cool cardboard. Trying to get someone's attention to have the steak taken back to kitchen proved a task in itself, and then there was an unacceptable wait for the replacement meal to be served. At this point my dinner companion had finished their meal and our wine was drunk. Overall, it was not acceptable. Kitchen staff clearly was more interested in cleaning up and getting off work. Myself and some friends enjoyed a late breakfast at Lobby Bar, outside of the establishment. We enjoyed people watching and the food. An employee by the name of Eva was a darling and so helpful.
Always a great place for a bite to eat . The menu was not as extensive as it’s been in the past maybe due to holiday season Friendly professional service . Food is fresh and delicious.
It’s a wonderful ambience and divine for a drink or bite to eat. The burger wasn’t that great for the price unfortunately but other items looked very good.
