An address recommended by Michelin's guide where the chef-restaurator Patrick Descoubes offers. Season requires, we chose the La Grande Débarque menu, in 5 times, dedicated to the Saint Jacques. Carpaccio with generous and well-executed caviar lemon, original mousseline and full of flavours, delicious roasting St Jacques. Accompaniment, including parsley foam, convincing month. Mixed cheese tray. Desserts good but without great interest it is a little pity. On the cellar side: a lot of choice and prices very accessible. Quality coffees, served with excellent dwarf cakes. The filtered water tariff is clearly exaggerated. Recommended reservation.
