I have been here several times so I could make a good judgement. So the first time I went I had steak street tacos and I thought they were great. Every time I've had them since I think that they are just ok because the steak has been tough. I've also had the fish tacos on corn tortillas instead of flour and I like them over the steak. I like them better because they fry the fish fresh and the flavor is good. I recently tried a chicken burrito and that thing is huge! The chicken was tender and juicy and I like the sauce just need more. I asked for no jalapenos cause my body can't handle it and cause my stomachs to hurt a lot and I had about 5 big jalapenos in there. I thought the burrito need...
Their Quesabirria tacos are the best. There is something about the shell that tastes really good. Those are way better than their regular tacos (second photo). The dipping sauce really makes it worth the trip there. The one thing I wish they provided tap water to drink instead of trying to push for the bottle water sale. If you need to use the bathroom, you will need to ask for a key from the register which is quite a hassle. Other businesses on the same street do not appear to do that. I find it quite annoying if you need have the urge to relieve yourself past you may have to wait a while. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20
Stopped by Locoz Tacoz after a long bike ride. Everything on the menu sounded enticing but we decided on steak tacos, fish tacos, and a shrimp quesadilla. We ordered at the counter and waiting patiently for our food to come out while watching other grab their orders. Everything looked so good and when we got our food shortly after we devoured it. The quesadilla had jalapeños and juicy shrimp inside and I loved it. The portions were great and the quality and flavor were unmatched. I dream of their quesadilla and next time I plan to order their loaded fries!
Great food!! We stopped in for lunch while we were in town. Lunch was 30 bucks for a street taco special, quesadilla, bottle of water and a bottle of mango juice.Street taco special including the mexi fries and 2 street tacos. We had a Pastor and Tinga, both were really flavorful. Our quesadilla was Asada that was very flavorful as well. Both plates were very filling.One nice thing was the food was not overly filled with Cilantro like most places.Definitely will be return the next time we are in town. Would really like to try the burrito and loaded fries.

We've watched many businesses come and go in Maplewood, and I really hope Locoz Tacoz is here to stay! I can't get enough of their shrimp street tacos, and their homemade habanero salsa is fantastic! Keep up the great work, guys!
The fries with the steak are the best thing ever. I order some street tacos too, but I eat all the fries first and save the tacos for my husband. I cannot stress enough how good the fries are.
Great tortillas on the street tacos; a perfect light fry with no tear. Meats are flavorful, portions are generous, service is super friendly. I only wish they made breakfast tacos.
Everything was fantastic! I recently found this restaurant and I've already visited four times. It's my new favorite spot to eat!
