Best pizza outside of New York! Stop searching—this is the place. Don’t hesitate or look elsewhere; just get up and head over now. Whether you choose to eat in or take out, be aware that it’s cash only. Trust me, you won’t regret it. The pizza is consistently flavorful, served hot, and has a perfectly crispy crust. No other pizza place in the area can compare. The sandwiches are incredible, with fresh, crispy, and delicious bread. The wings are fantastic too. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. There’s really nothing more to say; it's simply the best pizza around. Just go and get it!
I grew up in bay ridge bensonhurst, I'm snobby about pizza. I ordered a sausage pizza, it was pretty good, not the best i had but definitely higher tier. Crust is kinda bready, not crispy as i like. Sausage was mild but very good, the type of sausage you can eat everyday. Omg the interior is gorgeous, like a time machine, it felt like it was 1987 in there. Wonderful old school place which are my favorites. An episode of the Soprano's was filmed there they have a signed poster from the cast. 1970's NCR cash register made me so nostalgic! The people are amazingly friendly they treat you like a regular! The pizza had that fresh dough taste and the dough is slightly thicker but incredibly light. Saucy cheesey and cooked right on point it satisfies that craving for good football pizza! Will definitely return!
As a born raised Long Islander, you can bet my pizza standards are pretty high. That said, Lodi Pizza is among the best pizzas I've had! Their chicken parm slices, specifically, are to die for! The one thing to note is that they only accept cash. However, I've heard cash-only tends to go hand-in-hand with superb quality, and my experience with Lodi Pizza is a shining example. Great pizza, great people working there. Tastes like it was made with love and care. Very good cheese, great crust, and the sauce is amazing. Apparently an episode of Sopranos was filmed here (I’ve never watched the show). Worth the visit for a slice or pie. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Absolutely the best pizza in the area! I ordered takeout for dinner and couldn’t be happier. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect 5 stars. The service was equally impressive, also rated 5 stars. Plus, the atmosphere was fantastic, giving it another 5-star rating. Highly recommended!
