I left with the cold food and called the manager, who asked what I wanted them to do. I requested at least a refund, but was told I had to return the food. I was baffled as to why they would give me cold food in the first place. This meant I had to drive back again, wasting even more of my time. After two hours and spending $60, I still had no food. The manager did nothing to resolve the situation, and the entire experience was a huge letdown. I will never come back!
My steak was not cooked well, and the Peach Cobbler didn’t have any peaches—only blueberries. I checked the website, and it didn't mention that there would be blueberries in the dessert. I'm really unhappy about this because every time I order something, it ends up being wrong. I'm starting to feel like I might cancel my DoorDash subscription.
