It is without a priori unfavorable that we booked in this restaurant crowned this year with a michelin star. Unfortunately the magic did not work on us and even less after having dinner the next day in another restaurant a star at Saint emilion at the level, say it, clearly superior. In the city centre, we were served on a shaded terrace with wrought iron seats that were not comfortable despite the cushions. The service is professional but cold, a little ampute and at the same time approximate and of an extreme length tonight. Do not know the place or the kitchen we opt for the menu discovered at a very reasonable price.Sometimes lobster, carrelet highlighted by a sauce and a successful garn...
We have a terrace lunch on a Saturday in July with our 11-year-old boys. It was a very pleasant moment. the service was very attentive and the dishes that were served were excellent. a meat and a risotto were offered to the children and they enjoyed each other. The risotto to the truffle is to fall. and desserts have nothing to envy to the dishes offered. we appreciate the starred restaurants and the guesthouse truly deserves its star. It was a great time and the affordable chef took the time to chat with us at the end of the meal. It was really a great time. we hope to iron by st emilion next summer to redo this table.
The dinner at the Logis de Cadène allowed me to discover Chef Thibaut Gamba, who offers a colourful and delicate cuisine at a time. This benevolent and demanding man in the choice of his products perfectly masters the accuracy of his cooking. I will only make a eg remark the sauces must sublimate the dishes and not drown them.to achieve a perfect balance in the dishes. Chef Thibaut just arrived at the Logis just a week ago and the work done is remarkable.
far from the current media brouha in the south-west, a beautiful address that needs to be known to share a quality meal through the choice of products, the precision of cooking and the composition of plates. It is very nicely served, in a nice setting and the prices of the wines, in Saint-Emilion invite you to order a bottle rather than a glass.

as in every coming to Saint Emilion, a forced passage into this establishment. the terrace is very pleasant and warm. remarkable service and I remain a fan of the kitchen of this young chef. The addition is very correct for a restaurant. a big thank you to the whole team for this nice moment

An incredible culinary experience by discovering the tables of the logis, it was a true journey of flavors! We will return without any hesitation to discover the menu 7 time during our next visit!
