I am really a fan of Filipino dishes! I really love their style and how their food tastes. My favorite is their garlic fried rice, pork adobo, and their special Crispy Pata. The quality and taste of their food are really amazing. All of their offers here are affordable and fair. You can literally order anything you want without breaking your pocket. This is one of those gems inconspicuously located in a corner area of Oak Park next to 290 the minute you walk in, you're transported by the groceries surrounding you as you make your way to the hot foods to pick your items. I found a new favorite Pinoy dish, Laing, which is taro leaves cooked in coconut milk, my kids loved the lumpia and pancit, and my partner loved the calderata and longanisa. We picked up pan de coco for the next day's breakfast, which was also a hit. We'll definitely be back!
So I really wanted to like this place as the lady was so friendly. This is a tiny little spot in a strip mall with food already prepared for takeout. My issue was with the longanisa, I got pieces that were dried out meaning the taste and texture was bad, tasted burnt and couldn't eat it. I also order Lechon and this really made me sad. The skin was not crispy at all and the meat was very dry. I was a bit disappointed.
The food was good, but I was charged a lot more than I expected. Be sure to ask about the prices before you place your order. I was in a hurry and didn’t notice the overcharge until after I left. Additionally, there is no option for dining in, and their website has incorrect pricing information. It's a shame for them. As for parking, the lot was empty.

Ordered lechon for Thanksgiving 12/24/2022 were so disappointed lechon looks like a burnt lechon it's all black it doesn't look like a roast pig at all and the meat is dry. Lechon is expensive it's not cheap. Our visitors didn't touch or eat they got scared of the looks . Bad experience.
This is one of our number one favorite place to buy filipino foods at all times.My husband love the food so much I highly recommended this place if you miss back home and wants to eat filipino foods and deserts. Will definitely come back again
Kid-friendliness: We came in after school, and the employees were perfectly fine with us walking around, even with our large backpacks taking up a bit of space.
Parking: There's a small parking lot outside the restaurant.
