There was a new manager who checked on our table. He said he had been sent there to clarify them and was aware of the bad reviews. I ordered small files, and it was even better than Longhorn. It was the best I had for a long time. Date got Sirloin and loved it too. Waitress was prompt, polite and checked us many times. It wouldn't have been better. This place is on track again!
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The server was very friendly and efficient, and the management regularly checked in on us. Our glasses were never empty, and the appetizer arrived promptly. The table was cleared between courses, which was appreciated. The main course did take a bit longer to arrive, but it was cooked perfectly and seasoned well.
It's great to see the new management. The service has improved significantly, and the staff is now more attentive and polite. While the food has always had cleanliness issues, it's noticeably better now. Overall, the management is very responsive and supportive.
