I will begin by saying I am NOT one to complain,because I know what it is to work with and for people. I love Longhorn and I usually don't get disappointed BUT tonight was just plain unacceptable and on my sons birthday nonetheless.I sat on my table at 8.24 pm and I didn't receive NO food until I was ready to walk out at 10 pm. No apologies whatsoever and they wanted me to pay for my drinks. Which I had no problem with but that's just plain disrespectful to not just offer as a form of apology. I hope from this review they just realize how they need to pay more attention to the orders coming in if nothing else. Just disappointing and waste of time.
I'd definitely would leave a Zero Stars if I could. I kept calling and calling and then I get my call cancelled it sounds like they pick up the phone and hang up. Several times I try and call for their lunch specials and they never answer. I've placed my order online as well and it's always missing something or bread on the sandwiches feel wet and old. Service has gone down as of late and the employees on the phone sound very rude. Would recommend anything else around the area. Better food for your money around there.
Serkan our server was a breath of fresh air. Was very attentive without introducing. The food was good. My outlaw ribeye was outstanding. His 7 pepper steak salad was very good. We both had chowder was good. Chocolate cake and ice cream yummy. Was a delicious birthday gift card from my sister from Alaska. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
After having ate the best steak, we met the nicest waiter as well, Adrian. Such amazing service, super friendly and very polite. We came with two small kids and were served right away!
