I was told this was a favorite vegan spot of a co-worker, so I had to check it out. I found it to be a very popular place as I watched constant customers come the whole time I was there. The place is set-up as a restaurant/store. You can eat in, take out or buy something for later. I chose Pad Thai for my dinner, and it was good. However, it was odd/different to be served on a paper plate in a restaurant. But I enjoyed my food nonetheless. I also had what they called a golden roll. Its like a vegetable roll. Lotus is consistently the best vegan option I can find and I’ve been eating here since 2017. My wife and I enjoy coming here for lunch and dinner. We always leave with yummy desserts and some goods from their market for quick grab go options. Their juices are made fresh and everything is very reasonably priced and delicious. Thank you Lotus!
I had to come back and edit this review. I love eating at lotus. There isn't another restaurant like it if you're vegan. I always try something different and I'm never disappointed. The staff is very friendly, the chef is also very knowledgeable and will share cooking tips with you : they also have an awesome retail area with great food.
When I walked in it was very quiet. I liked the atmosphere as I was pretty comfortable. Our server was quiet and very sweet. As we were the only ones in there she kept her voice low which was very nice. When we got our food it all looked and smelled amazing. I enjoyed my first experience and would happily return

The food at this vegan restaurant was delicious, but the curry was too sweet for my taste. I really enjoyed the drumsticks, though. The service was lacking as we never received refills or checkups from the staff. It was my first time dining at a vegan restaurant and overall it was a good experience.
Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend trying this place out. I grew up in Asia and this was one of the most authentic flavoring I’ve experienced in the area. We got the delicious wonton soup and the lotus stir fry. We’re genuinely excited about our next visit!
Omg they have fresh squeezed juice here and incredibly delicious and authentic Thai food. I would like to eat here every day. And the inside is decorated so cute with beautiful lotus flowers everywhere. Please never close <3
My wife and I visited the restaurant today and overall enjoyed our experience. However, we found that the sauce in our stir fry was a bit too sweet for our liking. On a positive note, the Impossible burger was really good.

It 's great to find vegan food in any city. But Lotus vegan Restaurant had pages upon pages of tofu,seiten, and protein chunk options. It was hard to decide. Gone are the only salad days ! And thank goodnight
I really wished I tried this restaurant when I lived closer. Love the extensive menu and crispy noodles. Yummy food and great service. We'll have to return when we are in town again.
