We came across The Mad Hatter when searching for somewhere near pamiers that served a full english after getting a little bored of croissantsit didn’t disappoint wish we’d have found it sooner! The French lady who served us was also lovely. We also hadn’t been to mirepoix but we’re glad we did, it’s in a cute little spot in the square, it’s well worth the visit if you’re looking for a nice breakfast! Well placed in the shade for a lunch break in the middle of July. Fair prices: 11.5 euros for a slice of lasagna with fries/salad. The dishes were well made without being very tasty.
