Stopped in to meet some friends. Nice big restaurant with entrances on the street side and from the parking lot in the back. We ordered for the first time 20 chicken wings at 20.50, while I did ask them to be well done with NO sauce, they in fact were well done almost the way I like them just a bit oily. What really bothered me was that they were NOT chicken wings, they were baby chicks, the smallest being a bit more than an inch and a half and not a one was over 2 inch’s. Even the waitress and another staff member agreed. While I did not have the chicken tenders at this location, at the DDO and Kirkland locations they are generously large and well cooked. We also had the spinach and cheese...
There was 1 problem,,, Special Requirement was not recognized. Had requested a table for 4 and not a bankette. The hostess did not have that info on my reservation: 180357744. The owner then came to meet and prepared a table in a corner from the Bar room. I could not decline. we accepted but service and meal was terrific... never had this problem before.. Hostess then offered us coupons and owner free coffee and dessert . But for sure we will be back and i will call to make sure they do see the special requirement.
They made my older sister who suffers from a debilitating condition and who requires a walker feel welcome. I had to leave her inside and run to park the car. When I came back, she was sitting in a chair that they had placed there for her. THen they made sure we had access to a booth in which she could sit comfortably. They greeted as we left and again made her and me feel special. I liked it. I thought the food was better than at more pricier steak restaurants.
The martinis were a little weak and the glasses were not filled up enough (it was like only getting 4 martinis for the price of 5), but in previous visits, this was not a problem, so this might have been an isolated incident.
There was a lot of person but management was extremely accommodating! The food was good as usual. I took a steak with fries. It was cooking to my likeness. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.
Went to lunch, ate the ribs, my friend took the fish and chips, everything was very good, we took the soup, it was good, service was fast and server was very nice.
Made a request for a quiet area and Vicky the hostess was most accommodating...we enjoyed our meal very much and the staff are very nice!
The ambient temperature of the restaurant was a bit cold, but the meal, service, and reception were very good.
Wonderful experience! Everything was perfect and excellent. We will go back surely!
