a Jewel! the staff is so friendly and helpful. they have a parking space on the side of the building. we have got our pastries to go, but they have many tables that many people have and a really nice breakfast and lunch menu. we've tried all the cake slices. the pistazie is amazing. her frosting is an unsweetened butter and the cakes are best at room temperature. the custom whole cakes are beautiful. their croissants are divine! as good as they may come outside of france. my kids got the cookies and they're good. Martine’s also has a very nice professional coffee bar. a must for high quality baked!
I have only provided two or three reviews ever on FaceBook. But the customer service, friendliness, professionalism, timeliness to accommodate an order less than three weeks out during a busy season warrants acknowledgement publicly. A huge thank you to you and your entire staff! The party was a hit and the compliments on your cakes flavor and decor continued into today. Five Star Service!
I drove 17.5 hours straight from Colorado and the first place I went in Lexington was Martine's. We ordered an apple pie, pumpkin pie, 2 pumpkin rolls, a tart and a slice of wedding cake the same yummy pistachio she made for our wedding 7 years ago. All were delicious. I always make sure to stop in every time I come to town.

good food reasonable price. the breakfast scenes love most desserts. it is met or miss with the personal. some of them seem like they don't want to be at work, others are extremely helpful friendly
we ordered the champagne strawberry cake for the abitur of my daughter from Britain. it was absolutely delicious! I wish we had lived closer so that we could order for all our celebrations!
Great cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, all day pastries and very cool lunch menu. Has inside seating and outside seating for warm weather, and also does a large takeout business.
