I didn’t get to interact with any cats because two other groups were busy playing with the one or two that were awake. The complimentary coffee was just average, but the baked goods are made in-house, and you can get a 10% discount on consumables with an appointment. The gooey butter cookie was delicious. I tried to work on my laptop at the bar, but there wasn’t a convenient outlet for my charger. While I understand that the space isn’t primarily for working, I paid $12 for the cat appointment, so I wanted to spend some time there and enjoy the atmosphere.
We enjoyed our time with the cats very much. It might have been nicer to only have our group of 4 people at a time. When there are only about a dozen cats, and 6—8 people are there, it gets crowded with people and you don't have as much opportunity with the cats. Particularly if a few are in hiding mode.
Smallish main room with a little more than a dozen cats and appeared clean. Staff are friendly, online reservations are rewarded with a complimentary drink, other drinks and pastries as well as logo stuff available for purchase. Cute cats with a mixture of personalities.
Very cute kitties! They want all your love and attention SO GIVE IT TO THEM. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive as well. And the meow-cchiato coffee I had was tasty too!
