I think Mac Donald or I ate this one was my worst experience. Lack of staff I dare hope or organizational problem! Because there was no one at home to check the health cards! Service like cleanliness... an endless waiting or no one seemed to take care of the people who were waiting and the cold service in brief I strongly advise and I invite the manager either to change the profession or to recruit...
I came to this restaurant on 28/12/2021 in the evening. And frankly, I was surprised by this establishment. Tonight, I would like to point out that she can recognize herself because she gives motivation and dynamism to her teams. The restaurant was very clean and the service was hot and fast unlike my visit on Thursday, December 23, 2021 in the evening when the work was apparently broken down because the service was waiting to congratulate the manager who clearly noted the level.
So, we got to 15 people just 15 minutes before the closure, and, although there's almost no one in the room and the storage and cleaning is getting done, we were very well received. the burgers, fries, and what was hot and had just been prepared. the staff who served us were smiling and pleasant. sincerely very well, being giving the number and time of arrival I think that more than one employee in this case would not have been so pleasant!
We're used to going down there, but we find that employees are all the time in stress they run everywhere even if there's not a lot of people at the same time! It's been several times that we take a royal bacon that is served without .. bacon! Unfortunately, it's the one we realize! Too bad! We're on the spot, but we can't say it at home! the flurry mc at the kat kit are never very supplied in kitkat!

DEGUEULASSE! Frankly before it was really one of the best mc do but for some time now they put sandwiches warm up to the micro wave so clearly degueulasse. Inside the tables are dirty and at the drive a catastrophe, order incomplete, you ask without some ingredients they put them anyway and in bonus the food is cold!
Incomplete and erroneous order, 5 nuggets instead of 6 as indicated on the menu and on the box, sundaie served at the same time as the rest and whose toffee degous on the tray. sanitary not top (strong sewer smell, faucet in very bad condition) I knew better elsewhere. I won't go back and I don't advise.
The wait is improved, the tables are clean at 7am. A lot of products break. This note, just because the state and smell of the toilet are simply unbearable: remove the carpet on the floor, change the garbage often (scent layers....
A shame! I have never seen such a dirty establishment. You don't even deserve a star. And in addition to the pandemic, your establishment should be closed.
