Tonight was the worst experience I've ever had at McAlister's. I ordered the new steak sandwich, but they were out of peppers so I asked for onions instead. They gave me huge onions for my half sandwich. The steak was extremely tough, even though I have perfect teeth. There was jelly on my bread and lettuce under my sandwich, which was not supposed to be there. The salad was terrible, with all the meat clumped together. Overall, it was an awful experience.
They made half my chicken Caesar salad with spinach. Spinach doesn?t go on chicken Caesar salads, it?s supposed to be entirely romaine. Then, the chicken strips on the salad were very thin made it very clear they used deli chicken (the thin slices that go on sandwiches) to use on my salad. Very disappointing

The curbside service at this restaurant is consistently slow or non-existent unless you call to remind them. Additionally, they frequently skimp on the avocado in their chicken and avocado salads.
Was very pleased with how fresh the meal was! Made to a good spot to have a meal and talk some business. The size of the dish was a great balance of not too stuffed but still filling
