I don’t believe this issue was the fault of the staff; they appeared to be understaffed, which reflects poorly on management or ownership rather than on them. On a slow, lazy Sunday afternoon, when there were only about two other customers in the restaurant when we arrived, it took around 45 minutes to receive two meals. When we finally got our food and requested tea refills, they didn’t add ice, leaving us with two lukewarm drinks. To make matters worse, we realized we weren’t given any forks. It would have taken less time to go home and grab our own silverware than to wait in line, so we decided to leave.
The staff at this restaurant appeared to lack effort. It took over 50 minutes for my order to be renewed, even though there were only two tables occupied. I could have gone to the grocery store and cooked my own meal during my late lunch break (it was already 3 PM). It certainly would have been faster.
It's evident that they are short on staff. I've never had my online order ready when I arrived. My main issue is that they seemed so rushed to keep up with orders that my order was put together carelessly, and they definitely skimped on the cheese, only sprinkling it on the top layer.

The Reuben sandwich was excellent, just like always. The loaded baked potato was delicious, loaded with plenty of bacon and sour cream. I gave the cheese dip a try, but it was more like nacho cheese, which didn’t really suit the potato. I’ll keep that in mind for next time.
