I have been going to different McCallisters for years, and I have never had a worse experience. First, we waited at the drive through and no one came on for well over a minute so we drove around to make sure they were open. Daniel rudely told us we don't do orders at window and we said we are just doing tea. He said hold on. Then we asked for cups with ice. He gave us little white cups without lids. We asked for large cups which we do EVERY time we go to McCallisters and get tea because the ice always melts so fast. He refused without charging extra. Terrible experience and we've frequented this location even a handful of times. Will not be back at this one.
I visited the drive-thru and ordered my regular at McAlister's: a McAlister's Club with potato salad and a King Club with chips. I really enjoy their food, but the portion I received at the drive-thru was disappointing—there were only two bites of potato salad. Additionally, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip, which felt inappropriate for a fast-food setting and put me under pressure.
Delicious fresh food in a well-lit open space dining room. Turkey sandwich was tasty and prepared to order. Nick was super friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable given the generous portions and fresh ingredients. Highly recommend.

The food was a bit overpriced, sandwich bread was dry, seating area was dusty dirty and in disarray, the guy taking our order had an attitude like he was doing us a favor .Not a great impression.
Nick, the attending mgr was awesome in servicing at register and make me fully satisfied by honoring customer service gesture and take care of my order. Hats off to Nick.
Excellent service! Ira was so nice and gave us some great suggestions. Food was made fresh and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!
Friendly service and delicious food and beverage items. I recommend the Four Cheese Sub, the Mac n Cheese, and the Sweet Tea with Peach Puree.
