Disappointed. My family and i always go to mccormack and schmicks for dinner on christmas. usually the one located in baltimore. we got there and were seated promptly and told that it would be a few minutes before we could order our drinks. my mom looks forward to the sour dough bread which we were told they ran out. then we saw as dinner whent on other tables recieving bread. next the maryland crab soup my mom ordered was cold in put into a smaller bowl without the oyster crackers which she loves. the special we all were interested in but were told they ran out. we were surprise because our reservations were for 5:45 and thought it was still early enough. i ordered the key lime pie which......
Great food; super service!. I dine at this restaurant frequently and am never disappointed. If you like fresh seafood, this is the place. Seafood entrees are inventive, well prepared, and attractive on the plate. Daily special can be a treat. And, don't forget happy hour with half-price bar food. Always filled with a friendly crowd. Great for business or social lunches and dinner. Plus the servers are pleasant and attentive. You can't miss with McCormicks!
I went with friends on a Friday night. We all thought that for the price we would have been blown away but we were not. There was nothing terribly wrong but nothing spectacular either. I would make another choice if I wanted dinner in Tyson corner.
that was the most average eating I had for a long time. friend got scallops, and they were good (not great.) I got the garnelentrio and was so impressing that I felt I was at tgifridays. for the price this was completely the outbreak.

Pricey and worth it. If you like American food well presented then this is a find, however be ready to pay through the nose for it. Not cheap by any means and sometimes just worth going to peoplewatch.

Good, but.... Great service. Food is good for a chain, but over-priced. Legal Seafood and some others do it better.
warmer wee, under seasoned crabcake, super-bread calamari. too much money for what they get.
