When my family and I walked in, the guy working the counter points to the kiosk and says to use them without even offering to take our order. Quite dismissive considering they weren't busy. The trash cans were overflowing to the point trash was on the floor. The drink area was dirty as well as the floors and several booths. Again, it was just us in the restaurant. When the employee brought our food, he didn't bring the mustard like we ordered for the chicken nuggets. When I went to the counter to ask him for it, he said they were out. So, if you knew you were out of mustard, wouldn't you offer the customer an alternative? I ordered the mcChickens. They were hard they were so old. I couldn't...
Every time I visit this McDonald's, I seem to have issues with the staff, who are often rude. On one occasion, they got my order wrong and gave me a replacement lamp that was too crowded and ended up exploding in my hands. When I reported the incident, they simply advised me to throw it away. I regret eating here every time. This McDonald's location is truly disappointing and reflects poorly on the brand.
Very disappointed. Been going to this Micky D's for 18 years. Today I ordered 2 sausage biscuit with egg. Got to the window and was told $9.47. I was like what the F, asked the employee what's up with that and was told that is the price. I said no thank's. Sausage biscuit with egg are $2.79 each which does'nt come close to $9.47. I will be giving Palatine McDonald's my buisness from now on.
The staff no longer seem to prioritize the quality of the food. I noticed the kitchen staff wearing gloves while handling food, but they were more focused on their phones. When our eyes met, one of the workers put her phone down but then started preparing food without changing her gloves first! I won’t be returning to that location.

besides order always wrong (missing items, wrong items,) cold, half full and today I have 2 apple cakes (3:50) hey home and they are muddy. sticker says enjoy at 10:51 clock of course nobody takes the phone when they call to complain.
The doors are locked during the day, and after waiting a long time, customers leave in frustration. I can make my breakfast much quicker at home, and the cashier forgot my coffee order. This is not fast food!
Went in for a quick bite and was served almost immediately. Had the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. First time trying it. It was good but I prefer Chick Fil A.
actually I was the worst of mcdonald. over and over and over and over. I must be a masochist. the bear family should be absolutely embarrassing.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Consistently terrible. The employees are mostly high schoolers and it's obvious they don't care at all.
Generally a good experiance. Wait is long sometimes but it is a McDonald's so expectations aren't high
