The manager in the white shirt was very rude to me 7/6/22 3:00pm. She yell at me the entire time because I couldn?t redeem my points after I had already redeemed some points 15 min earlier.She told me I had to wait 15 min the first time which I did.Sheneeds to be fired! Very disappointed in the food I was given. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, I should?ve checked before I drove off, but the sandwich was dry and burnt. You can literally throw the chicken like a ball it?s just that hard and it will injure someone. Getit together McDonald?s. Not good service today.
Horrible wait time, I was waiting in the drive thru line for more than 10 min just to place my order, and It took 15 more minutes to give me the order. Something that shows take only 10 min max.
