I wasted 20 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back. Today, while driving through Westhampton on my way to Holly at 1:15 am, I had a bit of an appetite and noticed a long line wrapping around the McDonald's drive-thru. After waiting, when it was finally my turn to order, I requested three McGriddles, only to be told that breakfast was no longer being served. I was taken aback and remarked, "I wish I had known that before waiting in line! There should be a sign to inform customers that breakfast isn’t served all day here." We visited the restaurant on Sunday at 3:00 PM and found six cars in the drive-thru. I parked only to find all the doors locked and realized that service was only available through the drive-thru. When I returned to my car and joined the drive-thru line, the car ahead of me finished their order just as it was my turn. The staff was friendly, and the service was incredibly quick. It seemed like they had prepared several orders in advance, as we received our food almost immediately despite the heat. I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I specifically requested that my food be fresh, but it arrived cold. I don't know about others, but I can't eat Chicken Nuggets unless they're hot and fresh—otherwise, they're just dry and unappetizing. Unfortunately, my nuggets were neither hot nor fresh. The fries were also a letdown; they were the small bits you'd normally find at the bottom of the bag, too salty, and not fresh either. I won't be returning to this McDonald's again. I only go about five times a year, and when I do, I expect my $12 meal to be hot and fresh.

it's mcdonald's but the employees are really kind here. i prefer this location over the others in the area because it's much cleaner and the food is handled with more care
