12/22 at 3:12AM I was informed they were closed. How is a 24 Hour location closed with staff present and all the lights on??? 12/29 3:15AM closed again on a 24 hour location. This is ridiculous. 4/20/22 3:41AM they are closed again. Contactedcorporate in December who told me the franchisee would contact me. I have not been contacted once. 7/4/22 4:07AM closed again.Still no call from corporate or the franchisee. On April 20, 2022, at 3:41 AM, I found them closed yet again. I reached out to corporate in December, and they told me the franchisee would get in touch with me, but I have yet to receive any communication. Then, on July 4, 2022, at 4:07 AM, they were closed again. I am still waiting to hear from either corporate or the franchisee.
On October 5, 2022, at 12:58 AM, I waited for five minutes without any greeting or acknowledgment. It wasn’t until I called out “hello?” that someone finally came on the speaker to inform me it was cash only at the next window. How is this location still operating with such poor service?

Absolutely terrible customer service. The wait is ALWAYS ridiculously long! How is this even a fast food restaurant? It's not. It's slow as a snail food. Do not waste your time coming here after 7pm. Management must be garbage. They will have a line wrapped around and tell you to place your order out the window instead (which is illogical. They are not 24 hours as listed, sometimes they close early for w.e excuse they use. This location should honestly be shut down. I am almost sure that this is one of the worst McDonald's in all of the 50 states. The district manager should be ashamed of themselves to allow their business to run like this. Have some standards and pride in your business.

They don't always give you receipts. And at least one every six or seven times the order is wrong, And my experience, every time it has been to the customer's disadvantage. I've never opened up the bag and found a steak inside or anything like that. Alwayshas been a noticeably less expensive food item or simply it doesn't get put in the bag.
I ordered a large drink and large fries at the counter. I waited over 10 minutes for my fries even though they were serving fries to the drive through. When I asked they acted like I was asking too much. Never again will I visit this McDonalds.

The place looks great after the renovation and I got my food quickly since I only ordered one item. I do feel sorry for this location though because they're typically busy but not enough workers hope they hire more people here.
