This McDonald's location is very busy but clean and well-lit. The staff seemed to work slowly despite the manager being present. When I arrived at 10:57 a.m. to pick up a DoorDash order, I was told it wasn’t ready. After contacting DoorDash support, I placed a new order and informed the customer, who appreciated the update. When I returned to pick it up, the employee assured me the order had been received and would be ready soon, but the wait ended up being quite long. While waiting, I noticed employees moving slowly both at the front and back. I also witnessed an employee, who appeared to be management, dismiss a customer who asked if anyone was taking orders because the front was unattende...
I called several times about my order. I had ordered large fries, but every single one was hard and crunchy, not soft at all. The young man at the drive-thru seemed uninterested and disengaged. I asked to speak with the manager, Alexis, but she said her last name wasn’t important. When I told her about the fries, she asked if I had requested fresh fries, which I didn’t realize was necessary. If this is the attitude from the manager, I can only imagine how the rest of the staff behaves. I would not recommend this McDonald’s.
Today, I ordered a 6-piece McNugget at the drive-thru, and I was surprised to find a box filled with what appeared to be Thousand Island dressing instead of the nuggets when I opened my bag. Not only did I end up paying for a gross sauce, but it was also extremely messy. I know fast-food restaurants can get busy, but I can't fathom anyone actually ordering Thousand Island dressing as a side for their meal. Unfortunately, it seems like I always have trouble with this McDonald's location.
What can I say about McDonald's? It’s disappointing when McDonald's lets you down. I never have very high expectations, but you usually know what to expect from their menu. This time, it took 10 minutes for our order—burgers arrived cold with unmelted cheese, McNuggets were lukewarm, and fries were at room temperature. Also, while I don’t wear a mask, the staff are supposed to, but they looked foolish with masks pulled down below their noses.

The meat was not cooked properly, and my son felt unwell afterward. It's disappointing to see that the employees are paid more than those at other companies. I won't be returning to McDonald's.
