I came here at the beginning of August, 2022. I came here, because I had a job interview, several blocks, from this establishment. The meals were standard McDonald's meals. The prices too were standard. Nevertheless, some of the tables were notclean, and I could not sit at any of those tables. Furthermore, there were flies flying all around. At the same time, it took along time for the employee to bring food to my table. So, for these reasons, I am giving this establishment this, three-star,rating.
This McDonald need someone to show them how to do a good Customer service. I was there today and 5 people behind the counter talking with each other and 4 customers wanting to place an order for 5 minutes And no one was taking order once they took theorder I took them 10 minutes. When the food was on the table able no one calling the number to come pick up their order. I wasdisgusted by this customer service. I will never go to the McDonald's on foothill boulevard. Thank you.
On my way back to Berlin Flix bus stoped there for a break. I am almost astonished why people like this kind of self service like a huge pad to order in my opinion digestible food with any taste and nothing to chew on I guess it is this famous because everything is like a big playground. Yes of course they have at this store a barrista coffee bar for a moderate price and it is aloud to use the bathroom for free therefore four stars. Thanks
You cannot expect much from a McD. Its has a drive through, located well, has free washrooms and wi-fi. Plenty of outdoors seating space but no so much indoors which can make it feel a bit crammed during winters when nobody wants to sit outside.
Always miss things with my order 0/2 times they got it right. Maybe management needs to change or something Employees look like they are being forced in a sweatshops Horrible
Don't need to go to the counter. Order and pay your food through the standing machines. Someone brings your food at the table. Great plan. I love those machines.
A place of home away from home . Very good service very helpful staff. And off course, the Big Mac tastes the same as in the USA.
I don't like McDonald's however, I love the vanilla milkshakes. The shakes taste creamy, and has a authentic real vanilla flavor.
Frys are always cold and tooooo salty, and even if no one is behind you, they ask you to pull forward
