Caving in to the kids craving for Maccas I decided to join them with a double cheeseburger and some fries. Damn, it was actually good, and it took me back to my younger days when I used to eat Maccas more regularly.<br/ <br/ We ordered through the app which makes it so easy to pick up through the drive thru. Service was super quick which is to be expected, and the girl at the window was nice enough. We really didn't have that much interaction which is the point of social distancing, so it's really hard to pass comment. Overall, it was above average and a nice distraction from the boredom of home.

After asking if their eggs were broken with a machine or by a human they replied machine then I showed them my sausage and egg muffin that was spat out with egg shells through it a lot of it to the manger never asked if I wanted a replacement meal luckily I ordered a cheeseburger as well never going to this particular Mc Donald’s in Essendon north keilor Rd And not to mention customers service is very rude and probably never eat sausage and egg as their machine feed u egg shells!!! Ruined my 40 years experience
I had an experience at this store some weeks ago. I replied to a survey with an honest response to which I received a reply from the store manager. The matter was attended to immediately and left me happy with the result. The manager responded diligently and with professionalism with genuine concerns about her customers and her business. I can’t say that the store is better or worse than any other McDonalds, but rest assured, it has made me loyal to this one. Good job.
This McDonalds is located opposite a nursing home. It is very convenient for family members to meet for coffee and also have family members who live in the nursing home attend. The owner manager of this cafe is very friendly and accommodating. The coffees and drinks are reliably good and the fact that it is buy 5 get one free and there are free drinks for seniors is very good.
So bought food from here to be delivered to work for my team. After 40 min, the food was delivered to the wrong address. Secondly instead of 4 burger meals, in 1 bag was 1 medium drink. Not only did we have no food. I had to wait for a refund to buy more food. Not great, after waiting so long for food. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch

The food is consistently good at this restaurant. The coffees are fantastic and the venue is very clean. The lady supervisor was attentive and kept the staff in line. It was a great dining experience.
