Stopped in on our way through thought it would be a good place to let the kids eat and stretch their legs last Fri. Service was accurate and fast, but as we opened the play room door we got a whiff of what smells like feet! that hadn't been bathed in quite some time. the smell in the play land was over whelming and not in a good way. Decided to go up the play land with my little guy who is 2, only to find someone had left their old stinky socks behind as well as their lunch/garbage, which had been there for quite some time. Yogurt was stuck/dried on all over up inside the play area. Very Dirty and unsanitary would like to see them checking this and cleaning on a regular basis, was quite disg...
Not normally a McDonald's regular, but I will go for a cappuccino just because of the kid at the drive-thru! He's uber enthusiastic, and so pleasant that he automatically just puts a smile on your face! I've mentioned him to my friends, and they know exactly whom I'm referring to, and say they adore him as well. You hired a good one McDonald's, give that boy a raise!
Always reliable.. Sometimes when you are travelling, aside from trying new places it is just enjoyable to share and taste what you are used to... Yes... In Fort St.John, BC, it was a stop at Mc Donald's.... YES... same old... But... The enjoyment of knowing what you are getting is worth it. This location is one of the busiest and very clean... Enjoyed it.
Give this guy a raise, seriously. he's just happy to be working and full of energy. I'm giving a 5 star because of Dillon. If it came to the consistency of the food or the constantly screwed up meals it would be a zero. Get rid of the double drive thru as well, they're ridiculous and a waste of time.
Food is usually good. But the amount they tell you when you order and they amount they ask for at the window is usually $2 difference. Leaving me to assume they pocket $2 from probably most drive thru transactions. When you ask for a receipt when you order this is never an issue.
honestly, its McDonalds. Its consistent with any other one I can remember in recent memory. I am sick of these 2 lane drive thru's though. they don't speed service up at all. 3 star basically because its McDonalds. that is all.
They messed up my food three times and when it was finally as close to correct as they could get (seriously how hard is "no cheese) it was desgusting and a complete mess in the box.
Its exactly the same as every Mc'donalds you've ever been to. The drinks were a little warm but the food was typical and on time. The order was correct and napkins included.
Every one I know with kids in fort st john . Have gotten sick after visiting the play area at McDonalds not good If you want to stay well don't go to McDonalds play area
