I'm not sure how someone here in the nightcrew still has a job. They would rather wait 20 minutes before they take their order. they don't even welcome you. they only literally let autos sit there in silence until they are so frustrated that they are withdrawing. absolutely unacceptable and they cannot blame it for being short-size. 8/8 there was a car in the line when we raised. around 10:00 a.m. and there were clearly three employees running around. finally the car moved from frustrated before me. I don 't normally review places, but this one deserves a special mention. It 's convenience is nice cause its on my way home from work, and it ends there.Over the last 6 months, I would stop 2-3 times a month around 4:00pm. Each, and every time my order would be missing food. My normal order is for 2 people, and most commonly 40 chicken nuggets, 2 large fry, and 2 large drinks. I get charged full price, and have even been charged for things I did not order. The worst one was getting 10 piece chicken nuggets and 2 'large ' fries less than 1/4 full. I tried reaching out from the McDonald 's website and get the same automated response.
Ordered 2 meals one with a hi c orange and the other with a iced drink and a extra drink on the side simple order right!? Well apparently not! The girl was very rude because she forgot to add the extra drink! How can you be rude to the customer for your mistake! I can’t! Never coming here again! Poor customer service my money is green there are millions of franchises this one I will never visit again! I will definitely have to come here to pick up my door dash orders unfortunately! Same results they are RUDE Smh it be the workers bringing down GOOD businesses! The manager took care of me but never again!
I stopped by this location around 10:20PM because my son wanted something quick to eat. Luckily, the location was open till 11PM. The young lady who took my order was very nice and what really made me happy is that they made me wait a few extra minutes while they made fresh fries for me. At least half a dozen times at other McDonalds, when it gets within 40 minutes of closing, and the drive thru line is empty, they stick you with whatever fries are left in the bin. I DEEPLY appreciate that this location made the effort to take care of me.

This restaurant is absolutely disgusting. The workers have fake nails that are too long and they scratch themselves with them before touching food. Even if you dine in, they touch drinks with their dirty hands. The customer service is terrible, with managers allowing rude and ignorant behavior from their employees. They refuse to help or refund customers for their mistakes. I would not recommend going here. It's concerning that they may be in violation of health codes.
This McDonald's has terrible customer service! My girlfriend went up to the counter and paid extra for sauce. When she politely confronted Bree about not receiving the sauce she requested, Bree was very rude, cut her off, and basically threw the sauce at her, saying "Byeee." The manager, Zee, was nice but Bree is mean every single time.
Good food quality, and nice, friendly associates. However the speed of service is brutal. Slow, very, very slow. With me pulling immediately to the order board and four cars in line by the windows, it took me over 10 minutes to get my food. That's not how fast food should work.
this place keeps the orders about and hour early every night. it closes around 11 o'clock and in the rule around 9:20 they begin to ignore people. I work close, so it is convenient on the way to home, but they are always closed early! don't waste their time here.????????????

I tried to dine several times the day in the last week and her lobby is closed although she has no sign up and the lobby is supposed to be open until 9 o'clock (which her lobby window says) venerable mcdonalds I have ever met. I'm telling everyone I know I'm loading this.
