Just wanted to share my experience with the weekend staff at this location. As mentioned previously it is a hot mess. We arrived later at night and there was somewhat of a long line approx. 7 vehicles ahead in the drive thru). Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food because we never actually got to order any food. We sat in line for 20mins with 1 car moving ahead to get their food the entire time we actually moved up 3 spaces cause 2 cars ahead left). After seeing 5 other cars behind us pull out of the line we decided to also leave to try the time Hortons next door. All we wanted was a small coffee afterall. Sorry to say that although the Tim Hortons had an active fire going in their kitc...
On the way back from the cottage on July 3rd, we stopped at this MacDonald's.It was pretty busy, but the staff seemed organized and competent and kept orders moving.We always try to find a nice grassy spot to back into and eat our road trip lunches on the grass behind our car. This MacDonald's has a nice big parking lot with a couple of patches of green space for the dog to empty her bladder.We usually go inside when we can; my wife goes inside to order while I get the kids situated and take the dog for a short walk.Inside, the line moved steadily and quickly for how busy the restaurant was. They were appropriately staffed for the busy weekend as opposed to other Macdonald's we have stopped...
as expected with fergus mcdonald, drag them into a parking space to wait for their order. the man in the window also tells us that the ice is too melted to stand in a cone and he will put it in a cup with the cone above. we thought that doesn't sound too appetizing and if it had to be in a cup, we would rather get it than sunflower. they would not replace the molten cone for a sunshade over $1 difference. great customer service here. these cerle were so rude and argued with us when we asked for a refund, as we did not want to eat molten ice with a cone above. instead they go to wendy’s, hot eating and not melted frostys served quickly and politely.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered three meals and two cones. I asked for a milkshake and was told that it wasn't frozen enough, so they offered to give it to me in a cup instead of a cone. When I suggested getting a sundae instead, the manager refused because it was 11 cents more. I ended up canceling my entire order. There was a long line and the manager seemed unconcerned about the slow service, poor quality, or lack of customer satisfaction. On Saturday, we were quite busy and the service was very slow. It took about 14 minutes for our BLT and breakfast burrito, which is unusually long for this quick place. When we went back, it took 20 minutes for our order and they got half of it wrong. McDonald's is really slipping. How hard is it to read a list and check it off as you go? I'm only giving them 3 stars because it keeps getting worse. McDonald's, please improve and train your employees better!
The customer service was excellent today, with friendly staff and a helpful manager! We were seated outside on the patio and my children didn't receive their tablets, but we preferred it that way. The manager or staff member came out and politely asked if everything was okay. When we mentioned we needed the tablets, they quickly brought them to us with a smile. This attention to detail really made our day better!
Waited at counter for over 5 minutes to order. Person in a manager-looking shirt walked right in front of me, pushed a button on the cash register, and walked away without even looking at me. I finally gave up and left. Complete lack of service.

Pulled us for a very simple breakfast order and waited forever for the food. Finally went in to see what was going on. The when we got to where we were going and my muffin was extremely burnt. How do you serve something like this?
