I've been waiting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes after seeing the employees enjoying a smoke break in the parking lot as I pulled in. Even though the drive-thru window is open and I can hear them chatting inside, no one has responded to me. I recommend going to Wendy's instead, as it seems like these employees don't care at all.
