This is usually an ok location, but during breakfast this morning (02/17/2024)... as the woman working the the second window was preparing my coffee- she open mouth sneezes- very loudly.My drink and coffee, both without lids, just sitting there. She didn't think to pour them out and prepare others as my drinks had been contaminated with her germs.Absolutely disgusting.Can't say that I won't be back, but will visit less.
I really want this place to be good, it's close, it's on the way home, but alas it just isn't! Even after telling them on numerous occasions my last order was not hot, please make sure it is this time, they still can't do it. I can see why their reviews are not good, guess I'll have to drive to the Davison location.
Always messing up orders. They claim the frappe machine is always busted. 95% of the time this Mcds WILL mess up your order. Staff is very self absorbed and rarely help customers since they rely solely on the kiosk machines to do all the work.

the fact that the teenage workers think this is okay.. i just wanted my food bro. yall need better workers who actually care about their jobs and doesn’t mess up peoples food just outta spite.
This McDonald's is just like any other. I went through the drive-thru for two McDoubles. It was busy, but the line moved quickly. I have no complaints about the Goodrich McDonald's.
12/16/23 8:16pm workers at drive through are highly medicated. Had to repeat a 1 item meal 5 times and I was still given the wrong drink. Lord help us

Terrible service. Orders are always wrong and Jasmine has no regard for customer's time and gas to fix wrong orders.
