Absolutely terrible. If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. Food isn't nice, drinks are always flat, they NEVER follow instructions and they always give you the wrong items. I can't eat cheese, so I ask for food without it, it ALWAYS comes with cheese. This isn't just a 1 time occurance, it's every single time. Mcdonalds do not make it easy to speak to customer service. Uber eats do not make it easy to speak to theirs. Now got a meal in the bin and been trying to get through for 20 minutes. Absolute shambles of a restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Apsalutly apauling service! Got home and half the food was missing amd order completly wrong, tried to ring up and tell them, spoke to a girl called Beth who said she was the manager who had disgusting attitude towards me. The way she spoke was atrocious. The whole place is being managed by children. I paid over 40 pound for meals and only received about 15 pounds worth. No help or apology. Do not recommend this mcdonald's
went here today with me grandkids hubby and daughter of service was fantastic bringing our eating to table very clean table and floor staff constantly clean and very courteous absolutely excellent xx well made to all beautiful personals xxxx

I only realized I was given a half portion of large fries when I got home. Please improve your service, this is unacceptable.
There is nothing wrong with this restaurant. I always come here for lunch on Saturdays. It's a step up from McDonald's.
