we went to the mcdonald’s drive through about 11:35 clock and it was a little crowded. as we stand up to order, no one comes to our order. at 11:57 the lights are switched off. 3 cars fed on both sides to wait for order. we were all there much time to serve. we sat there for five minutes and they came in and said they were closed. it was “after hours”, although everyone was there in a lot of time to order. very rude abd told us that they were from eating.
The workers were nice and our order was prepared quickly and the food was delicious.I'm not too crazy about the new look though.It feels too closed off.I just feel like with everything going on with the pandemic,people are wanting to feel connected and welcomed.The new look makes it look cold and unwelcoming.That's just my opinion though.The service and food were great.
Lady slammed the DT window because she had my order wrong , I gave my order twice at the speaker and once at the window. She went and got another employee to take my order. I’m sure other fast foods in Cherokee would appreciate my business. Maybe a manager can address this issue that happened at 6:29 on 3/17. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

The menu at this restaurant offers a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. Although they missed a couple of items in my order, the staff kindly provided me with replacements.
They were SO nice to me even though I showed up half an hour before close. I was craving a McChicken and couldn't hold out any longer. Best service I've had at a McDonald's.
This morning, I purchased a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel on my way to work. Unfortunately, the bagel was too tough to eat and only had two tiny slices of burnt bacon.
