I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor customer service. Even the manager, Teresa McMurray, was disrespectful, using inappropriate language and treating customers rudely, with no consequences for her behavior. When the chef attempted to address the issues, he was told everything was fine, while staff members openly stated that nothing had actually been accomplished. An employee even suggested that the chief administrator address the behavior of the other manager and staff when they are rude or unresponsive to patrons. Overall, the management on the floor needs a complete overhaul.
Overall, the restaurant is quite good most of the time. However, they sometimes seem to get a bit careless, particularly with Uber Eats orders. There’s a recurring issue where they forget items, which is more frequent with delivery. For instance, I once paid for a quarter pounder (which isn't cheap) and they completely left it out. On the plus side, they are really quick and nearly always get your order right.
Came to eat after a baseball game, we were told to pull up to the third window in the drive thru. We waited twenty minutes, and after not seeing any workers, then parked the car and went inside to check if the restaurant was still open. The workers were literally sleeping on the booths and not doing anything, but they looked as if we had offended them by coming in the restaurant!
These people are so freaking rude! If you want great service that's quick and efficient and friendly, go somewhere else! These people are not for it. If I could I’d leave no stars, went over there on the drive thru and said “there’s no menu on the board can’t see anything” then this dude was like “well tell me what you’re feelin then” what the?! Rude service, everyone in there thinks they’re all that but one person that helped me and kind. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Well, it's McDonalds so the food is self explanatory. I've received very polite and quick service every time I've gone to this one. The ladies that work there are so professional and polite. They deserve a raise for their lovely attitudes. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
I had a perfectly cooked fish sandwich, and the drive-thru staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant! The service was also impressively quick. However, the cheese slice was only a quarter the size of a regular sandwich slice!
waited in this line for what felt like 3 hours, was actually 1 sprite was NOT McDonald's sprite, it was simply carbonated water. I placed the order through the app only to have to go inside, then through the line.

Worst McDonald’s ever. The workers are very unprofessional. They curse loud in the back, no hair nets and don’t come to work. Just ghetto.
The customer service was fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised by the dedication of the hardworking staff.
