- quality of products: not exceptional- quality of the kitchen: uneven. shaving pins, gyosas shaving, shaved salads. but rice often poorly cooked, amount of rice in sushi / makis / temakis completely disproportionate compared to fish, fritures bathe in oil (mal/not drained), noodles jumped fat-side welcome: service start before the crowd arrives, they are top and effective. but there is a blatant lack of organisation between the servers, so that the quality of the reception feels quite clearly as soon as the restaurant starts to fill.
