My friends and I came out to Redford to eat at another Restaurant. Sadly, we discovered BET Jessie's Fish and Chips was out of business. I got on yelp and found Mr. Chicken. I saw that they had been around since 1972. So, we decided to check it out. We arrived, and we got seated. Our waitress Riley was delightful. My buddy Craig and I had the fish and broasted potatoes. Paul had chicken breast and broasted potatoes. The food was amazing. I also want to point out I am not a big fan of coleslaw, but I have to say theirs was yummy. When we were leaving, they thanked us for coming. Great place if you have not tried this place, you are missing out. I will be going back
I have eaten baked chicken at Mr. Chicken twice recently, and I noticed that the taste was different than what I am used to. It did not taste as good as it did before. I'm not sure what was changed to alter the taste, perhaps the type of oil used? I have been a loyal customer for 40 years, and something has definitely changed!
If you're craving delicious fried dishes that are not greasy and reasonably priced, Mr. Chicken in Redford is a must-visit! My family and I have been loyal customers for over two decades, and they have never let us down. A big thank you to everyone involved for making it all possible for so many years!
What a great culinary experience!! I've been out here for years, but I decided yesterday to sit down and dinate. So happy that I!!! The staff was incredibly friendly and had the most beautiful smile. The food was amazing as always.

This restaurant is fantastic. The atmosphere is great and the food is delicious. We decided to go for brunch and everyone was happy with their choices.
Visited Mother's Day and were not disappointed. The chicken was huge and delicious. Portions were nice big and the onion soup was fabulous.
A truly wonderful dining experience. Chef's masterful cooking is only enhanced by the hospitality of the staff.
