If it were possible, I would give this restaurant a zero rating. When I visited this location, I was concerned about whether their vanilla ice cream contained eggs, as the ingredients were not displayed before ordering. I asked the young lady taking my order about the eggs in the ice cream, and she casually responded with "I think." Due to my allergy, I kindly asked her to double-check. Another young lady provided a book listing egg-free ice cream options. After making my selection, she mentioned that it may have been cross-contaminated. Ordered chocolate peanut butter shake. Simple enough? 4 staff standing at counter when I entered. 3 went to back one person out waiting on 3 customers. She obviously didn’t want to be there. Others wandered out with same attitudeNo basic peanut butter ice cream or chocolate. Was going to give me vegan almond milk product with peanut butter syrup. Tried to figure it out with her. For $7 was the worst attempt at a milkshake I’d ever had. Will never go there again and really suggest management checks on their stores.

Delicious! The ice cream is incredibly creamy and comes in a wide variety of flavors. The shop has a beautiful design with very clean surfaces and the staff is friendly. I tried the chocolate cherry flavor, which I believe is even better than Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia. I had it in a shake and it was practically perfect. The whipped cream, however, was just average according to everyone. I didn't find it remarkable enough to mention. I wish there was a location in North Carolina.

Stood in front of the counter as the only person in line and waited 15 minutes before any one of the 6 employees behind the counter, all of whom seemed more interested in keeping the work area clean and tidy, looked at me and asked me if I was being helped. My milkshake took another 10 minutes to make, then no one could find a straw for it. A search in the basement ensued and my straw arrived 10 minutes later. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I LOVEEEEEE Mitchell's. I could rave all day about the ice cream. It's smooth , the perfect amount of sweetness not too hard that. The customer service when we go is always great even when there is a line too the door. I think the prices reflect the quality very well. It's always clean when we go as well , no trash on the floor or dirty tables. Overall a great experience and time with the family.

We absolutely love this location!!!!! Every time we are there, we are greeted, and treated with such kindness. Every time we go there.... The place is spotless.We get soooo excited when we see our favorite worker there.... I believe his name is Gabe. He is extremely friendly and helpful. He always has such a great smile on his face!!!!!

When we visited, the restaurant was extremely clean and well-lit. I found the ice cream to be average and the flavors to be fairly basic. Perhaps I am biased because I love Jeni's ice cream and tend to compare most boutique ice cream shops to them. I will come back to try more flavors.

They have the best ice cream in Cleveland. The texture is perfect. My favourite flavour is coffee chocolate chunk!
