This place is colorful and has a nice gimmick, but I found it to just be nice, sweet donut with little round shapes instead of a solid ring. The mochi niche didn't seem to make a big taste difference to me.Most of the donuts also had random wafers or cereal attached to them, which looked a little goofy. There are signs saying cost for 3/6/12 and you can see the ones available at a given time, but there isn't notification for the cost of 1 and some of the flavors cost more even though no signs indicate that which I found a little shady. Like I would have to a) pay more despite nothing indicating 1 flavor is more than any other b) hold up the line and substitute flavors c) get out of line and...
I ordered 24 Mochinuts for my daughter's school birthday celebration. I scheduled for 8:15am pick up, but when I arrived, the store was closed. The hours on the door indicated they were open from 11:30am to 8pm, so I assumed the online ordering platform was incorrect. When I called later to request a refund, the staff informed me that they were actually open at 8am, but everyone was running late. My husband waited until 8:25am and still no one showed up. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but it would have been nice to receive a call and an apology. I wasn't expecting anything more than that. Even when I called, the staff's demeanor felt dismissive over the phone.
The donuts at this restaurant were tasty, but I did not receive the correct ones I ordered, except for one. I was not informed of any substitutions, but we still enjoyed the ones we received. Additionally, the receipt in my bag did not match the items in my order.
Please note that the selection of donuts sold daily at this restaurant varies due to the abundance of flavors. I highly recommend trying the taro donut, as it is delicious! The boba is also quite good, just remember to mix it well before drinking.

Tasty donuts, cool vibe. However, these are pricey compared to your regular donut shop. Nice treats once in a while. Bought the ube, Oreo, MS, fruity pebbles, and matcha. Friendly service, roomy, board and card games, good place to grab a treat.
My friends and I were pleased with our order at this restaurant. The mock donuts were delicious. However, we were not fans of the plain mochi and would have preferred if they had more variety of flavors available.
The boba is sooo good here love the Matcha one. The donuts are amazing too. Original and Churro are definitely a favorite.
The donuts were of very good quality, but I was hoping for the dirty chai to be less watery and bland.
