Customer service was terrible. Got charged almost 2$ for a tiny cup of tap water. Couldn't believe it, I've never experienced anything in my entire life like that (or ever heard about anything like that happening to someone else). And never thought I would at Moe's. Been going to Moe's for many years and never seen anything remotely like that before. When I inquired why, they weren't friendly about it either. Food also seemed to be below what I considered standard for a typical Moe's location. Would also like to echo the comments of many of the other reviewers who noted the skimping on portions. Can attest to that. By far the worst location I've been too, and you can be sure I will never be...
I do not recommend ordering tacos through DoorDash. They arrived soggy and unappetizing, so I ended up having to throw them away. I'm left even hungrier and more frustrated. The bowl I ordered tasted undercooked and lacked freshness. To make matters worse, I noticed on the receipt that the order was placed at 6:20 PM, but we didn't receive it until 8 PM. It seemed like everything had just been sitting out too long. Overall, it’s better to pick up from this place rather than opt for delivery.
Food is great! Love their bowls the various selections. It's clean, staff are friendly very convenient location and hours. Definitely a huge step up from Chipotle where the staff was mean,the place was filthy they skimped on the food. I live closer to Chipotle happily drive by it on my way to Moes

Glad I went here. My last experience with a different Moes made me hesitant, but this manager is running a great operation. Staff was friendly, food was good, and everything was clean. They are doing a great job here. Queso and burrito were A+.
Basic Burrito is filled with fresh meats, beans, and any toppings you desire. Personally, I like to open my burrito and pile all the toppings onto the complimentary chips they provide. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

The stack was not made correctly. The chicken and rice were overcooked, and the pico de gallo salsa was missing. I've ordered this several times before, and it was always good.
