I have always loved Moe's but this location disappointed me. We placed an online order for an 11:15am pick up at 10:30am. My boyfriend got there right on time and the doors were closed and locked even though this location opens at 10:30am. He had to get the attention of one of the workers who was in there who let him in. She explained that they locked the doors because they had a 300 person online order that they were preparing. Grossed out and disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. Staff unwilling to stop cleaning the kitchen to clean the dining area. The drink machine had no ice and was out of most of the selections I would choose. When I looked over for help at the drink machine the girl said the ice is in the machine which it was not. If I was able to get my receipt back to remove my tip for the people at the counter after seeing the state of the restaurant, I would have. When the manager, I am guessing, asked what was wrong and I told him he had no response. The staff of about seven or eight people stood there with their mouths a gape at my complaint.

I don't like being misled. I asked for green bell peppers, but was told they were "all out." However, the restaurant had just opened, and the container meant for the green bell peppers was empty. I took that to mean they were completely out (but that wasn't the case). While finishing my meal, I noticed them starting to prepare the green bell peppers. So they weren't out; they just hadn't made them yet. Honesty is really important to me. On top of that, the staff wasn't very friendly, and they gave a very small portion of chips. The prices are also quite high.
First thing I noticed was how clean the line was. I have never seen any restaurant line ever be this clean during peak hours. My wife and I have had some bad experiences however this one was exceptional. JT rolls a burrito like nobodies business. Every place we go to they can never properly roll her burrito so he deserves a reward for this and the line. James was there also getting the line stocked right. Thank you both for an awesome moe's lunch. Go check this location out.

I do love Moe's. However, when I walked in today, the poor person was alone with a line full of people! Come to find out, their supervisor was in the back for most of the line. Once the line was clear he left them completely on their own. Completely unprofessional way to run a restaurant.

They gave me another meal. The garbage cans were all over and the dining room was a wreck. There were 4 people working behind the counter and nobody went to clean the dining room when the line was empty from customers. Just pitiful. I'm not going back to this place
