An all new menu with a great new team since November 2015 has seen the restaurant leap into the 2016 year with gusto. Breakfast from 6.30am to 10am of alacarte selections of Eggs Benedict, Bacon & Eggs, French Toast, Grinders Barista Coffee as well as a European Continental which includes ham, tomato, cheese, croissants, boiled eggs and the cereals and fruit.

montagues serves a good, medium selection of food, well cooked, much and within a reasonable price range. the breakfast includes the continental buffet for $18 or a la carte dish. Recently we had dinners in the frame of a QPAC show package with an escape and...main course, from a limited menu, but eat more than enough. probably not somewhere where they would take a special date.

We had dinner at this place. The food was quite nice and the service was courteous and efficient. Unfortunately the pork dish (featured on their promotional photo) is no longer available and we were told that this has been the case for some time. It...was also still offered on the menus made available in the restaurant.
A modest unassuming venue with good old school food. We attended a reunion with a buffet meal attached - $30 for all you can eat roast chicken, pork, lamb and baked vegetables, followed by individual pavlovas with fresh whipped cream and fruit salad. The food of my childhood and totally enjoyable.
A good selection from the buffet of fruit, cold meat, boiled eggs, cheese, cereal, juices toast and hot drinks. Area was clean and tidy with friendly staff.
