I decided to get takeout instead of dining in to see the portion size and presentation. The restaurant didn't have much of an atmosphere, but the staff weren't rude or overly unfriendly. I ordered Bento Box 3, which included Fried Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, Steamed Rice, and what I believe was a Japanese Cabbage Salad. It cost about $20 and initially seemed like a small portion for the price. However, it turned out to be surprisingly filling and flavorful. I may have to try another Bento place to compare the atmosphere and service.
Every time I go to this Bento I leave cranky. The service here is so incredibly mid. They got my order wrong and I tried to explain it to the server but dude had his AirPods in and didn’t listen. It was really cringe and disrespectful. Another time here I tried to get a Donburi here and they didn’t give me any vegetables. And when I did ask for some they were super stingy and seem annoyed I asked. Honestly don’t go here you are better off going all the way to the Sandy Bay Bento because it’s not worth the negative energy and vibes.
30 minutes wait for 4 sushi rolls to take away that were already in the display. Horrendously slow and enjoying each other's company far more than trying to service a restaurant. Be better... Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I am halfway through my meal at this restaurant that does not serve Japanese food. I am dining in for lunch and the price per person is between A$20-40. Unfortunately, I am not impressed with the food, service, or atmosphere - all receive a rating of 1 out of 5.
