First time going since it was taken over. It's been given a bright makeover. It was lovely to see it busy too. The food was fab, one of the nicest steaks I've had. Very reasonable prices. A cracking local pub, glad to see reopened and refreshed. Service is always cheery and pleasant, the staff happy to help and friendly. Food was tasty fresh cooked and well priced solid pub grub. my own and my partner visited here for the first time tonight, I had the fish and chips and my partner had a mixed grill for net and a starter each beforehand of potato skins, eating was nice, huge portions, had not much space for dessert. friendly service of the two girls behind the bar. would recommend others and would be back sometime. I recently tried this restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed it. I had the corned beef pie and my wife had the parmigiana. We were greeted by friendly staff and felt very welcomed. We will definitely be back. Food: 5 stars Service: 5 stars Atmosphere: 5 stars
The food at this restaurant is incredible, with a wide selection on the menu. The service is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be returning. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 5 out of 5.
beautiful little lad behind the bar, always gives the best service, can say he fights with social spaces, but he is always beautiful. always fit birds also.
