We went here on recommendation of family who live in the area and were completely underwhelmed. The service was friendly but the food was very ordinary. Why wife enjoyed the croquettes but the calamari frtitti was poorly cooked and the crumbs were soggy and oozing oil.My seafood pescatore was terrible. It was supposed to be in a napoli sugo, but it arrived in a tasteless watery sauce that had no seasoning and very little chilii. The scallops and calamari were undercooked and the mussels way overcooked.My sister in law could not even finish her spaghetti carbonara. Attended for an impromptu dinner. On arrival the head waiter looked down his nose at our party stating "you don't have a booking?" We should have walked away then. We were shuffled to the back of this large restaurant (1/4 full when we arrived). There were 4 staff working the floor however only one staff appeared to be able to take orders (the others appeared to be just standing around). Several times I asked to place our order but were told to wait for the one waitress who could take our order. So 20minutes later we had our order in -2 pastas and a vegie pizza, salad and chips. If you haven't been to the Mozzarella Bar in Seddon yet you are missing out, we love going here for lunch or dinner on the weekend. Every meal we've had has been delicious with good portion sizes. The wood fire pizzas are so fresh and tasty and the pasta is amazing. Desserts are great too. Good prices and great service, we never feel rushed either which is always a bonus. A must try!

Just had dinner here. Italian menu. Arrived at 6:15pm without a booking. Prompt, friendly and attentive service. Ordered Eggplant parmigiana, bruschetta, caprese salad and rigatoni. Very satisfied with quality of food and serving size. Lots of Italian people also dining here, singing happy birthday in Italian, which makes me think the food must be authentic! Would come back.
We love coming here for dinner, it's one of our favourite restaurants. Our meals were so fresh and delicious as well as being light even though they are good portion sizes. We shared a pasta and a pizza as we couldn't decide then enjoyed a dessert. My Mum said it was the best creme brûlée she has ever had!
The pizza is to die for here, definitely gives Italian pizza a good name, this is now our new favourite local and cant wait for more delicious meals here. Staff was friendly and service was very fast
Great pizza, the menu is broad and delicious, atmosphere is relaxed and calm, attentive and friendly service; would happily visit again.
