Mr Pollo, Pensacola, Fl

Tried for the first time today. I have driven by thousands of times and never stopped for lunch. Today I was able to stop and I am glad I did. I was immediately greeted with a friendly hello and welcome. I told them I had never been before and asked for suggestions. I was recommend the 1/2 chicken with 2 sides, I took the advice and had fried plantains and black beans and rice for my sides. Food was very good, and very quick. They are just around the corner from work so I will be back. Thank you.

What to say? This was a wonderful surprise that I found while going through Pensacola.They serve Peruvian charcoal chicken; it was moist, tender, and juicy. The potato salad was equally as delicious, and the pickled onions were excellent.Large portion size.Great selection of drinks.Will definitely be going back.

Mr pollo is our go-to place! My favorite meal is the 1/4 dark 2 sides. I always get a salad and mac n cheese. Also the green sauce is actually spicy, which i love. I also get the tres leche. The food choices in Pensacola were really disappointing me UNTIL i found this place.

Everyone was very friendly, and cashier was very helpful in deciding what to get. Chicken was a little dry, but very tasty. The portion size of the sides you order, are huge! Potato Salad and Mac and Cheese were good. Tostones were also good. Would eat here again.

Just ate here for the first time and loved the chicken, plantains and fries! I was there for a lunch meeting and had limited time. The food came out very quickly, was hot, and tasted great. Thanks Mr Pollo!
