I ordered from this restaurant twice this month, trying the rocko and the chicken patty melt. Unfortunately, the sandwich was really difficult to eat because the chicken was incredibly dry. Additionally, the staff was quite rude. I placed my order shortly after they opened at 10 am and arrived by 10:40 am, only to find the restaurant closed. I waited outside for 10 minutes, knocking on the door and calling the restaurant, until a worker named Juan finally unlocked the door in a very rude manner. I mentioned to him that my previous sandwich, the rocko, was extremely dry. He just looked at me and didn't say anything, and when I asked who I should speak to, he simply said he would pass the mess...
The service was terrible, and the owner was incredibly rude to my family and me, while being nice to his female employees. Our food wasn't prepared according to our order because of food allergies, and when I brought this up to the owner, he reacted with a terrible attitude. He said, "This is how the sandwich comes." I responded that it wasn't what I ordered, and he dismissively replied, "Oh well," refusing to give me a refund. He even continued to insult me in Spanish! I paid $43 for food I didn't eat, and I wouldn't go back even if I were paid to do so.
I dont normally write reviews but I thought would for this hidden gem that I found one day. The sandwich that I ordered was amazing and had so much meat it was beautiful, then again I ordered the monster sub, so that probably had something to do with it. The atmosphere was hella cozy, it definitely felt like a place you would go to after school or work, order a sandwich, and just wind down. I am definitely going to go here again.
Fresh made sandwiches prepared when you order, good quality ingredients and quick, friendly service, this place has been open forever for a good reason, I got the Deli Club it really hit the spot on a warm and sunny day

The salads are not only tasty, but the portions are also large. So far, I have tried the turkey sandwich, Greek salad, and Chinese chicken salad. If you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend you give it a try!
I loved the Cesar salad wrap I got! Ordered before I got there and it was ready and fresh upon arrival! Customer service was great and have definitely recommended to my coworkers since trying.
Chicken and bacon sandwich was basic and absolutely no flavor. Bread was not fresh and lettuce too. For a sandwich spot charging 13 dollars for this is absolutely insane.
I stopped by today to get a sandwich before 4 PM, they were already closed before their closing time. ??
