My wife and I picked up to-go from Munchies for an evening Stranger Things watch party. Our friends placed an order for two extra-large pizzas and 30 wings, half hot and half mild. We arrived a little early for the estimated pick-up time but went to pay anyway and wait. $84 seems a bit steep for two pizzas and some wings but that's what it was. When we walked in, someone in the back was yelling at another coworker. It was loud and profanity-laced. The woman at the counter looked back to see what was happening and then welcomed us like that was normal. She was friendly and told us our order would be up soon. This place was popping. People in and out. Pick-ups and walk-in orders were constant....
I tried to call Munchies that same night to report this, but there was no answer and no voicemail. The next day, I spoke with Mike, who was quite rude and seemed to blame me for the issue, asking why I hadn't called sooner (when I had, but couldn’t get through). He asked me to count how many wings were left. I did, and he said he would replace them if I returned the rest, which I agreed to do. I also requested a manager to call me back, but that didn’t happen. On Saturday, I spoke with a manager before going in to see the owner. I returned the wings as instructed, but the owner refused to replace them as Mike had promised. Instead, he offered me a 20% discount on my next order. We returned...
Ordered sampler platter expecting to share. Upon delivery I got only 1 cheese stick and 1 jalapeño popper the rest of the box was onion rings and mushrooms. The manager says that's how they serve it. WHO orders a sampler appetizer and expects 1 item of the mentioned contents??? The lasagna was sadly another disappointment dry pasta noodles with barely any sauce not even sure it had meat in it as I certainly couldn't find it and a glob of melted cheese. Only decent thing I got from this order was 5 garlic knots and that was cheapest item in the menu. Don't waste your time or your money they don't care if they misrepresent their menu
Munchies always has the best food! The wings are my absolute favorite anywhere! Their sauce is not just bottle hot sauce thrown on wings. It has a terrific flavor! Homemade blue cheese is the best! Their pizza is spot on. The crispy outer crust coupled with soft texture inside crust is perfect every time!
They charge more than the price that show in the promotion,also they charge 1.67 for use the credit card. The service was horrible, the lady at front have a very bad actitudes with all. I think they change the chef, because the food don't taste like nothing.
I ordered a salad and an appetizer for delivery, and I’m still waiting for my order over an hour and a half later. Even if the food is incredible, I will NEVER order from this place again. I wish I could give it zero stars!
I had a lovely lunch here after work. I ordered the veggie pizza along with a side of lemon pepper wings, and it was delicious! I'm really glad I took advantage of their lunch special.

Pizza and bone in wings were dry and overcooked. Hardly any sauce on the wings. All 6 pizzas and 30 wings were trash.
