If you are in search of high-quality, absolutely delicious and filling Chinese cuisine, don't hesitate, make your way to New Mandarin Garden. We recently ordered food from this restaurant through DoorDash and we were blown away. The Cilantro Chicken was absolutely amazing. The House Special Chow Mein was incredibly flavorful and tasted as if it had just been made in someone's grandma's kitchen. Both dishes were delicious, but the Lettuce Wraps (chicken) were a burst of delicious flavors. The lettuce boat was just the right size and depth. And finally, the Egg Rolls were crispy, fresh, and filled with vegetables.
We decided to have dinner here tonight after our kids requested Panda Express. We assured them that we had a better option and they were thrilled that we chose this restaurant. The sweet and sour chicken was delicious and I personally enjoyed the Beef with string beans. Both dishes were full of flavor. Our server was friendly and the food came out quickly. The only downside was the parking situation, but the excellent food made up for it.
This food is terrible. It tastes like dog food. The beef seemed spoiled. It was prepared in 5 minutes, likely because it wasn't made to order. The service at the front of the house was rude. The prices are extremely high, even for Orange County during a war. I can't believe I spent $50 on two reheated dishes and some wontons. I will never return here. Disappointing.
This restaurant in San Clemente serves the best Chinese food. The portions are large and reasonably priced. Every item on the menu is delicious. I have been a loyal customer for nearly two decades and it's one of my top restaurants in town. Their chow mein is unmatched. This is our go-to spot for Chinese takeout. The vegetables are top-notch and the portions are generous – we always have leftovers for another day or two. It's definitely worth the price. Our favorite dishes are the wor wonton and sizzling rice soup – they are both delicious and must-tries.
LOVE their wonton. A small portion is two giant large Containers. We usually order it for a family of four. Love that they use really fresh ingredients in it such as carrots broccoli chicken shrimp and a couple slices of beef. The dumplings are awesome. The broth is really flavorful
