First time there and it was a very good experience. I had the filet and my friend had a gumbo sytle dish. The steak was an excellent cut and cooked perfectly. The house wine was excellent and the service was cheerful and quick. Love their wine glasses too! I found Newell House to be reminiscent of high end places I’m used to visiting in larger cities and the cost was reasonable. We were there pretty early in the evening so there weren’t many customers so I don’t know how things run when they’re full but I’ll definitely be going back!
